On September 3, 2019, Ma Linyun, Secretary of the Party Group of the Department of Water Resources of Zhejiang Province and Director of the Department, and the heads of relevant Bureaus of the Department came to our Company and carried out research activities.

　　In the research activities, Huang Wenjie, Chairman of the Board of the Company, reported the Company's development history, operation management, team construction and other relevant situations; Xia Hongtao, General Manager of the Company, focused on reporting the Company's property management of the Company’s water conservancy and hydropower engineering; then they accompanied Director Ma and his delegation to inspect the construction of the Company's information management platform for water conservancy and hydropower engineering.

　　Director Ma affirmed the Company's contribution to the development of water conservancy, especially in recent years, the Company made great efforts to transform and upgrade, adhering to the concept of 9s and the management means of "1 + 1 + 1", formed a 6-oriented (intensive, professional, precise, efficient, intelligent and systematic personnel training) management mode with the characteristics of JiangNeng in practice, strived to provide professional property management for water conservancy and hydropower engineering, which is of positive social significance.

　　In response to the difficulties and suggestions reflected by the Company in the aspects of factor constraints, talent training, and "going global" development, Director Ma responded one by one. Director Ma pointed out that, since this year, the Department of Water Resources has been implementing the decision-making and deployment of the Provincial Party Committee, taking the special service of "Three Hundreds and One Strive" as the main carrier, and effectively put the "Three Services" into the urgent needs of enterprises, the masses and the grassroots. In the next step, we will continue to strengthen the dialogue and exchange between government and enterprises, accurately grasp the difficulties of enterprises, actively provide platforms and opportunities, and support the healthy development of relevant enterprises in the water conservancy industry with practical actions.
