The Company sets up a consulting & reporting hotline and Email box to accept compliance consultings and reportings. All employees, business partners, third parties, and any individuals or entities may report the possible misconduct of the Company's departments, branches, controlling affiliates, and employees, and seek compliance guidance and advice on compliance issues during the Company's daily operation and management, verbally or via e-mail, in real name or anonymously. The Company will seriously investigate into the reported affairs, and once proven to be true, hold the violators liable for their misconducts pursuant to the Company's policies and procedures, and provide feedback on the investigation results to whistleblowers. The Company will fully protect whistleblowers and prohibit retaliation in any form against good faith whistleblowers.
